Recipe: Celebrate Bastille Day with a French Ginger

Let's raise a glass in honor of Bastille Day, the French day of independence.  To celebrate the occasion I created this cocktail made with Domain de Canton, a decadent ginger and cognac liqueur made in France.  I give you the French Ginger:

Ingredients:
- One shot Domain de Canton ginger liqueur
- Cola
- Half a peach

Instructions:
- Muddle the peach.
- Add the peach, liqueur and cola to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and pour over ice.

I'm drinking my French Ginger with some of these butter cookies.  Now I'm off to watch Amelie on Netflix!

    1. The peach and ginger work together. You could also try Sprite or club soda.
